We have six members of the team who may work on your matter. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Hedydd Davies, Director of the Commercial Property and Corporate Department.
Hedydd Davies – Director. Hedydd started work with us in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in January 2017 after gaining experience in property and corporate departments. Hedydd has expertise in complex property matters, business leases and leasehold enfranchisement. Hedydd is a fluent Welsh speaker.
David Evans – Director. David has over 35 years’ experience and specialises in complex commercial property matters and has a wealth of experience.
Ricky Needham – Solicitor. Ricky joined us in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard & Weatherill. Ricky was a Partner in Davies Prichard & Weatherill having qualified as a solicitor in 1981. Ricky brings a wealth of experience with him.
Yasmin Dakher – Solicitor. Yasmin qualified as a solicitor in May 2022 having been with the firm since 2019. Yasmin regularly deals with housing associations and specialises in the sale and purchase of mixed use properties.
Fraser Williams – Paralegal. Fraser joined the firm in 2024 and has 7 years’ experience dealing with a variety of residential and commercial transactions. Fraser is currently in the last year of his Law Degree with the Open University and intends to complete the Legal Practice Course upon graduating with the intention to become a Solicitor in the near future.
Nikki Ackerman – Legal Assistant. Nikki joined us as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard & Weatherill in 2022 and had worked for the firm for several years. Nikki assists Ricky and Hedydd in the Commercial Property department.
