Our commercial department have extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. We have four members who can assist you:
Philip Evans – Director – Philip has over 40 years’ experience and has been a partner at LG Williams & Prichard since the early 1980’s. Philip has a wide experience of commercial transactions.
David Evans – Director – David has over 35 years’ experience and specialises in commercial disputes.
Hedydd Davies – Director. Hedydd started work with us in 2013 and qualified in January 2017 after gaining experience in property and company departments. Hedydd deals with any non-contentious corporate matters. She has expertise in asset and share disposals and acquisitions together with shareholder agreements. Hedydd is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Fraser Williams – Paralegal. Fraser joined the firm in 2024 and has 7 years’ experience dealing with a variety of residential and commercial transactions. Fraser is currently in the last year of his Law Degree with the Open University and intends to complete the Legal Practice Course upon graduating with the intention to become a Solicitor in the near future.
