We offer clear transparent costs in all matters and will agree a limit or a fixed fee (depending on circumstances) with our clients in advance and will raise interim invoices to help manage the costs.
We have six members of the team who may work on your matter, including the Directors. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by either Philip Evans or Kayleigh Hayes.
Philip Evans – Solicitor and Director. Philip qualified in 1976 and is the Under Sheriff of Glamorgan. Philip is also a High Court Enforcement Officer.
Kayleigh Hayes – Solicitor and Director. Kayleigh qualified in 2017 and has been with the firm since 2014 during which time she had experience in various departments before specialising in litigation matters particularly debt recovery, enforcement law and insolvency.
Michael Spees – Associate Chartered Legal Executive. Michael has been with the firm since 2020 and specialises in litigation.
Adam Edwards – Solicitor. Adam joined the firm in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023, having completed his Solicitors Qualifying Exams.
Gruffydd Evans – Paralegal. Gruffydd joined the firm in 2023 and provides support and assistance to the growing litigation team.
