Our team has over 30 years of collective experience in delivering high quality work in all matters relating to private client including, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship, Wills and estate administration. The team has particular expertise in Wills.
Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Sian Mills, Director and Head of probate and estate administration.
Sian Mills – Director. Sian qualified in 2001 and has been a Partner/Director in the firm since 2005. Sian specialises in Private Client and Conveyancing. She is a member of the ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’.
Daniella Scarvaglieri – Chartered Legal Executive. Daniella joined the firm in July 2021 having developed her specialism in private client over the last 13 years with a top 100 UK law firm. Daniella is able to provide advice on all aspects of private client practice including the more niche areas of Trusts and Court of Protection/Deputyship work. Daniella has also drafted a variety of bespoke wills, lasting powers of attorney and administered multi-million pound estates. Daniella is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Diane Bowen – Chartered Legal Executive. Diane joined the firm in October 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard & Weatherill. Diane is able to provide advice on all aspects of private client practice.
Sian Powell – Paralegal. Sian joined the firm in 2021 and provides support and assistance to our private client department.
